Who is responsible
TMI Olga Kuznetsova (business ID 3357341-1), Espoo, Finland, is the controller of personal data on this site. Contact: [email protected].
What I collect
When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email, the business name if you give it, what you need and your message. The server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, page) for security.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and, if we agree on work, to prepare a quote and the contract. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, and my legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Where it is kept
Messages are stored on my server in the EU and emailed to me through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). My inbox is forwarded by Cloudflare to Google (Gmail), which processes it on my behalf. I do not sell or share your details, and I do not use them for advertising.
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Technical logs are deleted within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Films open from Vimeo only when you press play, and Vimeo then applies its own policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by email. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
