I went with a friend to test Loft Gym for the first time at Kera Halls. It’s a spacious and versatile gym with modern equipment for every muscle group. There were plenty of machines, and we didn’t have to wait in line to use any of them. The instructions on the equipment—explaining how to use them and which muscles each exercise targets—were a pleasant surprise.
After three hours of training, my friend and I agreed: we’ll definitely be coming back. Special thanks to the kind owner—no need to worry about running out of weights here! 💪😉

Conveniently located—slightly off the beaten path but still close by—with plenty of parking space. The gym features an amazing, spacious, and open training area with excellent equipment, plenty of machines, and enough free weights for everyone. The equipment is regularly maintained, and new high-quality machines have been added. It’s not just a gym but a place for truly versatile training. The best in the Helsinki metropolitan area!
